These hotels are conveniently located i.e. close to the venue. Rates mentioned on the website are inclusive of hotels taxes. If there is an increase in taxes the same will be charged to the guest at the time of check in.

HOW TO BOOK:

1. Submit a duly filled accommodation form online.
2. The Accommodation Manager shall contact the delegate and forward the payment instructions as specified by respective hotels.
3. On receipt of payment the reservation shall be confirmed by the hotel/ accommodation manager.
4. For queries regarding booking please contact the accommodation manager/ organizing committee.

Early check in / Late check out will be charged on actual. The rooms tariff are per room per night basis. Additional Bed will be charged extra as per hotel policy.
Cancellation/Refund as per respective hotel policy.
Room booking will be confirmed on realization of Cheque / DD / RTGS / NEFT.
100% payment to be made against hotel booking.

Documents required may be ascertained from the respective hotels.
Guests are required to carry a valid photo ID and address proof.
Check-in/ check-out time of the hotels to be ascertained from the accommodation manager at the time of booking.
